The Problem
The mower had been sitting with old fuel and would only start after repeated pulling. It surged under load and left an uneven finish.

- Drained stale fuel and inspected the tank
- Cleaned the carburettor and fuel passages
- Changed oil and checked spark plug condition
- Sharpened and balanced the blades
- Completed a running and safety check
The Outcome
The mower returned to reliable starting, smoother running and a cleaner cut. The customer was given simple fuel storage advice to help prevent the same problem returning.
