The Problem
The chain was running dry, creating extra heat and wear on the bar and chain.
What We Did
- Cleaned the bar groove and oil delivery area
- Checked the oil pickup and delivery path
- Inspected chain condition and tension
- Sharpened and adjusted the chain
- Tested oil flow before handover
The Outcome
The saw left the workshop with correct chain lubrication, safer operation and advice on keeping the bar groove clean.
